    Badger, remember the best first day tactic.

    Carry a soda with you. 15 minutes into your training, slam your fist onto the table/desk. Yell out "Aren't we all sick of the status quo? I WAS HIRED TO SHAKE THINGS UP!". As you say this, shake the soda vigorously and then spray it around the room. Sit down confidently and gesture for the trainer to continue.





    Some have asked if this technique works in a remote setting. It's less effective, but it still produces an effect.
