I was absolutely wrong about Badger being either Voldy or Peeves. I misinterpreted the write up, because I thought something had happened when I it didn't. I just didn't understand the communication process. Different mods do things differently. It doesn't mean that Badger wasn't scum, though, we just don't know until a reveal.

I only see 3 red (Voldey, Peter Petigrew, and Lucious) and then 3 purple (Grindewald, Nagel and Vinda). I am kind of surprised we did not see either Nagel or Vinda last night

Do you think red and purple are actually able to talk to each other?

So Hagid is a vote thief? Not sure I saw that from the write up. But I guess it means that, unless you are a godfather, Hermione can confirm that you're blue. But does it means that the Marauder's map knows who Hermione Granger is?



As for Badger's action with the GIF post restriction, I didn't feel great, especially with his multiple "Come at me" posts. And I didn't understand how the post restriction went through if there was a mass role block.

If you have information that will help town, you can share it, but you don't have to claim your role to do that. Void is the boss moderator of my internet parade. You can try running by Void what you want to post here, and he'll tell you if it comes too close to roleclaiming. But he won't tell you if you're off base in your interpretation.

Lucius Malfoy's investigating The Homely Man's stuff made me wonder what result came through, especially since it appears Newt Scamander bus drove The Homely Man and Randolph, causing them to scatter in opposite directions. So was Lucious investigating The Homely Man, or Randolph?


Harry Potter and Dreyski's rock paper scissors game only tells us that Dreyski is not HP. But does it clear Dreyski from other roles, other than George Weasley? If Dreyski was preoccupied, does that also mean he couldn't be Peeves?

Not sure about Albus Dumbledore , but I wondered if he had a hider role as he "found The Homely Man and decided to spend time behind him, ?

Lord Voldemort 's spell that would make it so those members of that house were more likely to sleep soundly tonight probably means some folks can't act tonight - I wonder if those players were notified that they will be roleblocked? I wonder if they won't be able to revive one of the dead but not revealed?

Severus Snape's potion about "hidden voices" intrigues me. I am suspecting that he is setting up private chats?

Peter Pettigrew seemed like a bus drive to me as well. Xanjori and me are not Scabbers's alter ego.

Grindelwald taking out Caito by the Imperius and Incendio curse at makes me believe Caito was not purple. I also think red and purple are alternating kill nights.

Peeves having two actions makes me wonder if he had a wish granted, or maybe won a prize solving an anagram puzzle?

I think I misinterpreted because I now believe that I was blocked on N1. I didn't get a note that my action failed so I thought it had been successful, and I was excited to post info. Different mods handle things differently.

I guess that would make sense if I was going to be able to post instead of being mostly unavailable.

I tried to make it as clear as I can without roleclaiming. This was information I have, but it is also how I have interpreted what went down. I have examined a LOT of possibilities, none of which are 100% certain, but the probabilty insists that Badger is far and away the best target, especially since we have no other information. If we do not act to eliminate someone, we lose someone randomly. It might as well be Badger.

I am not really understanding why some thought I should have held back my interpretation of my information.

Pondering what else I can say.

First, I don't keep track of how many posts I make, so I don't know if I have met the minimum daily requirements. I will be doing more couponing most of the day tomorrow as well, so I hope we don't get a short day if I have not met the minimum daily amount.

I have never had this role before, so I am not sure if I am understanding the results properly. And because of shenanigans, I have learned not to trust all of what we think.

I am concerned about the mass role block that red made - and whether or not it may have impacted how I have interpreted everything thus far. Our best moderator and favorite person did not tell me my action was blocked - and due to its nature, I understand how/why it wouldn't show up in the write up.

Again, I don't think anyone has shared anything that would make me think of anyone else to push more than Badger right now. And we need to yeet someone or else we will lose someone anyway.

I firmly believe that if a town player has details, they should be shared.

Having re read the text I still think Badger is the best play for today, but I can see another way that he is telling the truth. I did not watch Badger nor track him, so I don't know, but I don't think we would have any better target anyway. Since I am out couponing it's hard to post

Claws had been killed, and I am wondering if it was because he was the last vote on sleep, or if it was the last voter overall? Something to keep an eye on, especially if at some day we don't reach a majority.

As I try to be objective, the write up suggests that Badger took Polyjuice potion, which from the books would mean that he appeared to be someone else.

My thought is that Badger's own action landed on BlindNinja, and BlindNinja is now gone, thanks to either Peeves or Lord Voldy. It appears that BlindNinja had BPV, that got used up, but he was powerless against a second kill? But polyjuice potion would mean Badger would appear to be someone else, not that someone would appear to be Badger. I am not sure how much of the writeup was just flavor.

Badger's reaction makes me wonder if one of his powers is that he takes out whoever leads the train against him. It may be paranoia on my part, but I am going to wish that if I get taken out, I get revived.

I also don't want the day to end quickly, because of the "rules" mentioned at the top of N1 write-up. @Claws, can you comment on whether you know what rule you might have broken? A small part of me wonders if one of the rules was that we HAVE to yeet someone, or else anyone left could randomly get eliminated.

You don't have to catch up that much, to believe that Badger has been identified by yours truly (many who know me as a detailed spreadsheeter) , as most likely either Voldemort or Peeves, both of whom interacted with our recently departed BlindNinja. Let's not allow the BlindNinja's death to be in vain.

Again, I cannot role claim so I really can't say more. If Badger ultimately flips blue, I am sticking my neck out, but I firmly believe this is the best move for town.

I can't tell if Badger was Lord Voldemort, or perhaps he's Peeves, but either way I have a really strong sense that he's no good.

For 3rd sentence, I am thinking it starts with "Whoever houses"

Second sentence likely starts with the letter "C' being capitalized, a 5 letter word I am guessing perhaps "Could"

So removing those letters, we have .... still a mess

I am thinking in the first phrase/sentence, since the "D" is capitalized, the first word might be "Do" Then the second word is a 3 letter word from the remaining letters, and "not" commonly follows "do". So we have "Do not fear", and then with the remaining letters, I am thinking

I think so too. They certainly didn't want to make this very easy on us. Anagram solvers tend to choke above 20 letters. But the number of letters add up

bats are good to have in the neighborhood, but no fun to have in your home. They have nested in my attic louvres, right against the screens, as they devoured the wasps that tried to nest there. When I ultimately had to rebuild the louvres, it was a frightening experience trying to get them away.

On the plus side, they are a pretty clear sign that the air in your neighborhood is very clean, as bats don't tolerate a poor environment. Having to deal with that at 2:00 AM must have really sucked. How did you catch it?

Is it paranoid of me to suspect Peeves, the poltergeist, may have an action that only targets players who vote sleep, or perhaps those who don't vote?

My guess/ source says that the houses may or may not have an impact on game mechanics or provide bonuses. And everyone got to choose their house, except for latecomers who got assigned one to keep them relatively equal. So houses are not necessarily related to the character's canon. There is info in the signup and first post

This is my starting spreadsheet before I add what I know of my own character's info. I would appreciate anyone who can check this in case I missed something.

Most of the other games I have not been as familiar with the source material. So by now, I suspect there will be shenanigans designed to mess with spreadsheeters. For example, I wonder if Marauders Map is a character, and why we don't see Ginny and Ron Weasley, nor Hermione Granger or Neville Longbottom. Alliance and Death Eaters also seem to be suspect to me - are they real characters, or more likely decoys? Where is Severus Snape? Draco Malfoy? Could Filch and Mrs. Norris be red herrings on the blue team?

But in the books, as I recall, Harry has always been an idiot. He may have a good heart, but he's never read anything and always manages to get himself and his friends in trouble. He got special perks because he was a jock, or because he was famous, and he never really worked at his lessons, or at improving his magic. Snape had him figured out.

I was invited to be on it, but they would not promise me that they wouldn't focus more on the donations, and instead they want to feature the transactions at the stores. If they would have shown me donating a couple thousand cans of soup to the food pantry, I would have considered it. But that alone took ten transactions of a couple hundred cans each, at 4 stores, over two days, and that would have required a longer time for the film crew, etc. There was a reason that show was on right after hoarders, because they want to laugh at the mental illness of an addictive personality, instead of celebrating the positive that can be done with focusing energy toward helping those less fortunate. For example, they showed a woman who was proud she had kept 400 bottles of pepsi soda pop. I knew what deal that was, and I had gotten 560 bottles of it, but I donated it well before it would expire. Maybe she donated most of hers as well, but the show was edited to portray her as a nutcase.

And yes, Claws, filming would have taken time away from my couponing.

In my first game I got killed N1 for leading a no-yeet train. Other games punish non-voters.

No, I don't really have a feel on anyone yet. I hadn't voted at that point and had wondered openly about voting sleep.


I concur with the Joe Schmo Show being one of the few reality shows I watched and enjoyed. The first season was really good, second was not as good, and third was just okay.
