    I absolutely toyed with that idea. But if that was the case, wouldn’t there have been at least one night with 2 kills vs the consistent one kill per night that has been observed?

    I see that I’m down to L-1, so wanted to offer my final thoughts for the SK. I keep going back & forth between BN & Satsu.

    I believe Val got the result that he got on Satsu but it’s not crazy to think that an SK could give a false result. However, that would typically be an alignment thing and not a role cop.

    For BN it continues to bother me that he & VK couldn’t get an action off on odd nights. I get that they can only talk the first 24 hours in their chat but that’s enough time to at least narrow things down and establish a system of letting each other know which way they want to go in thread. Especially by day 3. VK was jailed N1 but BN wasn’t.

    Between the two, I feel like Satsu has had the more transparent play whereas many of BN’s posts have felt more cagey. Which, to me, seems odd for town this late in the game.

    Either way, it’s been a fun puzzle. Thanks for keeping me alive to work on the solve. I look forward to seeing the final result.

    I know in the Rajah-style games I’ve played it’s common for some roles to have false reads when copped (i.e.-godfathers). Is that common in this type of game as well? If so, then Satsu being cleared as Vanilla Town by the cop may not be a full clear.

    I remember that you said you attempted to target Xan N1 but I don't remember BN saying who he attempted to target. And I don't recall either of you saying who your N3 target was. You were jailed N1 so, in theory, you can't be the SK. However, Blind wasn't jailed.

    Claws was killed N3 though and scum aren’t going to faction kill their own guy. I don’t believe BN & VK shared who they targeted N3 but i hốt figure if it was Claws they would have said so since they already revealed one of their possible random actions is a kill. That would indicate Claws was killed by the SK. And if it’s an odd/even night kill situation then that would mean the SK also killed Rock. In which case, VK isn’t the SK unless he was somehow able to overcome being jailed.

    That might make sense if we only had only one night with a single kill. With a scum team & an SK able to kill every night then I have to think that we would have had at least one night with two deaths. It seems unlikely that one or the other's kill would get blocked every night. With all three night phases having a single kils I'm inclined to think that the SK and the scum team have alternating nights.

    For there to be a scum night kill I would say that sheds light to the make-up of the 4 hostile-to-town roles mentioned previously. It would seem that a 3p SK is likely since I can't seem scum wasting a faction kill on themselves. Confirmation of both a scum team and an SK then begs the question of why has there only been 1 kill per night instead of two?

    In active folks at end of day, I try to determine if they appear to be particularly defensive or posting differently than they have been. Today’s most active folks have been you, Claws, & Xan. The three of you have been sniping at each other, sure, but no differently than you have the whole game. That’s why the folks that are missing are the ones that stand out to me.

    I have no idea what a typical setup would look like. But if you’re counting my role as a power role and you think 2 VT’s is not likely then that means Satsu is the one lying because Rock was definitely VT.

    Which would mean he was right in his D1 vote and I was right in my guess that he was the N1 target because scum wanted to silence him and that I should have left my vote on Satsu instead of switching to Crackle.

    I only had a 1x backup. What I got is what I got until the end of the game. No do-overs. As to Crackle, we don’t know that he actually had a shot, only that he was forced to claim to have a shot. And that claim was the reason he got yeeted. I’m not interested in repeating his experience. Additionally, despite being neighbors CWE definitely didn’t trust him. Whether that’s because of things he said to CWE or because of some component to their roles, I wasn’t interested in setting myself up to have to go against CWE either as I felt like that would only hasten me being misyeeted.

    I was a Town Backup. Which is why I said I had no actions (because until someone died I didn’t). I didn’t claim Backup outright because I was worried that would make me a bigger target to Scum. Last night, I backed up Rock (hoping to get an action). Jokes on me - he was Vanilla Town. So still no actions or cookies for me. :-(

    Anyone that has played scum with me knows that I talk with my team a lot to make sure I’m on the same page as they are & I ask a lot of questions. And that’s in games where I’m comfortable with the format. This is my first time playing this style of game. If I were scum wouldn’t my team have stopped me from making a claim that would make me look Sus? I’m telling the truth when I say I have no actions.

    On the other hand, I stand by my previous statement that Rock seems like an odd N1 kill unless he was onto something that scum wanted stopped. His vote was on you and that’s why I placed my vote on you. I’m not one that tends to move my votes around, but I’m always open to considering it if given enough reason to do so. I haven’t really seen a compelling reason to move my vote off of you.

    I’ve seen a couple of posts about scum having x number of fake claims to use. What does that mean/how would that work?

    Not being used to this type of game & trying to follow along feels like learning to speak Spanish but then going to visit Italy. Some of its close enough for me to figure out but other parts leave me lost & confused.

    The fact that Rock was drawing votes makes it odd to me that he was targeted by scum. This is my first time playing this kind of game so maybe the strategies are different, but I always understood that unless there was a compelling reason scum teams preferred to keep players around that are drawing votes as possible misyeet targets.
