I was the Admirer. On D1 I proposed to special cool mysterious Hodor player. On D2 Hodor accepted and turned out to be... well, that's a secret! Hodor is town cleric. Hodor tried to protect Satsu on N1, but failed, so that seems to validate Blind Ninja's will. I transformed into the Retributionist. On N2 Hodor protected Satsu, and I cut open Blind Ninja's body.

Nice, i was admirer once but from what i remember if you decide to not keep care you change into town of same type that the lover. But Cleric is protective and Retibutionist is Support?
Otherwise sounds very realistic. if only our living game machanic encyclopedia cwe was still around ;/

I've been reading about the Admirer role and given that both Val & Hodor died the same night, I'm inclined to believe Vals' claim to be the Admirer since it says in both cases if one dies during the night they both die during the night. However, Satsu has a really good observation about Val's claim regarding Hodor's role in that Cleric & Retributionist are not in the same bucket. So that could be a misdirect and Hodor may have actually been Coven and they're trying to hide it. We do know that Hodor could not have been one of the 3 neutrals, though, or Val's proposal would have been automatically declined.

Not a haha, I thought it was an Ah ha and that I'd caught him. Didn't really expect him to crumble like he did after I'd made a point of defending him. His last minute claim to be a TI role after having refused (even when told that TI's were immune to the roles that could kill a claimer) seemed like a hail mary and a distract. It sucks.

This may be my first time playing a ToS style game but I did see multiple people state that the town roles that should claim while they are still alive are Town Investigative roles. Yet Claws keeps chasing everyone around insisting they claim or he won't believe they're town. How is that helping town?

Them both dying is why I believe Val's claim as Admirer. That role card states that if the Admirer dies during the night that their partner dies too - regardless alignment.
