    • Discussions came and went throughout the day with who was evil and not. As the discussion happened, a meteor was seen overhead and everyone quickly ducked and covered, but they realized it was just Haley’s Comet and nothing to worry about. But then, the deputy fired a shot directly at Pat McAfee and killed him, while he was staring at the meteor.

    Except they HAVE to target a bugged person to spread the plague. All of the bugged people in fact. And this is the 1st time I've seen talk of a pb. So...

    and @CWE my main thing is I don't think anyone has claimed to ever visit Grumpy, so either the shot does count as a visit during the day or someone who visited him last night spread it.

    Choose a player and plant a bug at their house that will trigger when an Evil player visits your target. You will learn what evil role(s) visited your target. The bugs will persist permanently and can trigger multiple times. You will not detect Astral visits.

    Okay let me put this as simple as I can.

    Person A is the PB who plagued person B
    Person B visited person C who Person D the Spy bugged
    The Spy would never find out a PB exists cause an evil role did not visit person C.

    Hi local WW here. N1 I tracked Grumpy's scent. N2 I Rampaged Tildey and Caito got caught to save her. N3 Tracked Future.

    N1: Track Grumpy Scent: No visits or going anywhere
    N2: Grumpy went nowhere and no visits
    N3: Track Future Scent: Grumpy vist no one visited by Future, Future Visited Grumpy and visited by Tildey

    TLDR: Last night or the shot IS THE ONLY CHANCE GRUMPY HAD TO BECOME INFECTED!!

    “The Moon (Passive):
    On every night except Night 1 and Night 3, there will be a Full Moon. The game will be told what type of Moon happens each night. When there is a Full Moon, you transform into your Werewolf form.”

    I double checked the days and nights and not once were we told the phases of the moon.

    Which is already quite suspicious by itself. But it’s also suspicious that Caito was the cleric, not the bodyguard, he wouldn’t have died while protecting someone because a cleric erects a barrier and in the cleric role card it doesn’t mention being killed if your barrier is attacked.

    Plague bearer didn’t visit MTR or Future after I dropped the bugs at their places. Only Future’s bug has been tripped when he was visited by a Werewolf last night.

    This game was set up with full moons every night except 1 and 3 according to the first post of the game

    EBWOP: the card and the first post state that every night except N1 & N3 are full moons. He couldn’t have killed you last night.

    I’m not clear on how Caito saved me on N2. I’ll have to reread the cleric card.

    Doesnt plague spread if you viste a plague because we basically need to find some1s actions that match swaps for spread yes? Or am i thinkin wrong

    Lying? What are you going on about? I whispered you at the beginning of this phase to let you know you were visited by evil last night. If you check my role card you’ll see that I get told what the visitor role is but not who.

    Yup. Which is why It is impossible for GC to have been plagued besides last night with the visit by Future or the shot onto Pat.
     
    My actions, btw:
    N1 - forgot to act
    N2 - bugged MTR (which has not been tripped yet)
    N3 - bugged Future. Which was tripped the same night by visit from a Werewolf

    WW attack is a rampage. I attacked you and anyone who visits you. Cleric gives powerful defense and I can't penetrate that level of defense.

    Because he visited you he was also attacked but he protected you.
     
    Stuff is not quite adding up but I can't quite put my finger on where things go astray. But I am barely believing anyone at this point.
     
    I suppose if soc is still magically in play and not dead and recruited the pb you could get double plagues out if ypu didnt choose same player
