I'd consider it to be a stressful rather than boring role. Especially in the mid to late game when a potential double kill does more damage.
 
Yeah there is going to be some stress behind it so scum doesn't get a double kill but I think I will be fine

I saw someone mentioned the bodyguard, and was curious. No issues with this.

For the vote....it was pretty late. I don't disbelieve. but I also never give points for "I was going to do this"

So....I said I was ok with a list (Not just you) that was ok, and then I also added on future. Feels like I wasn't the first, and not the most narrow. Don't really see how you take that as me going hot and heavy.


I can share that there was a reason that I liked some of your rationale day 1. And that I'm a lot like CWE's sexy times.

I've done that, lol. But I also find the role dull unless it has confirm scum powers, and even then if it's only on a kill....

The default hider is my 2nd least favorite power role.
 
I just looked at the end time for this phase. I thought she was gonna end it the AM hours on Saturday at first.

Everyone comes off as towny to me, but since we know that can’t be true. I probably would focus on Claws the most, and that’s not due to some grudge

Or it's the default for me early, and you're looking for confirmations. And the next time I have a kill, and you reference my demeanor, I'm executing you. No questions asked. It's been years, I've spelled out the pattern, and you refuse to accept. You are like the dwarves in the last book of Chronicles or Narnia, I swear to Aslan.

I'm also actively trying in a time where we don't have much specifics, but here's Mazer's generalities.

I'd say there's a decent shot. It's also one where I question, if they were able to get there without overloading. Nobody really pushed for him. You had void, me, and you at the end. Could have been them wanting to push a kill through. Could have been worried about overcommitting. Anyone who posts near the end, knows there's scrutiny if they're wrong, and we really had no defined suspects at that point.

If it was a scum move, you'd expect they'd have one of the more bold players move. We know some folks just won't do it.

Now, I think void's town. I know I am. So, I have to say.....would they rush the kill or wait. I was ok with the list, because it gives us a working point, but as I said earlier, it shouldn't become a chiseled law.

You act like I have any thought in my mind about how you typically act in a game. This isn't a grumpy Mazer thing versus calm Mazer. The posts ring hollow.

It is a gut feeling. I could be due for a gastro appointment.

Let's be honest, you couldn't read me town if I was written by Thornton wilder. You may be the worst at it. Cwe just defaults on threat rather than makes it up.
 
Here's here I'm at as Team Ahab gets their licks in....(I wish Dreyski was here. He would have enjoyed the last reference).

Hopefully this can help as the game progresses.

There's either a higher than normal amount of vanilla or someone is lying. It seems improbably that two people are lying about the same thing. This day has had less activity, which leads me to believe that this is a more sit back scum. I might have talked myself into VK as a wolf, but I spend less time talking myself into things than SOME people.

With that said, Future is a possibility because of the inactivity. The vanilla claim is interesting because of the number of us. But someone could have noticed the references on day 1 and clued him in. Future is on my suss list.

3puppies is sometimes hard for me, as he always references me day 1 and always votes on me early. He used to do it less as scum, but he really rode hard on that as scum not too long ago, so that has mitigated some. The vanilla abundance, again, is interesting here. He's savvy enough to pick up the early hints. But I get a little different AI here than some of his previous scum. I could be wrong.

Claws had me pinged early, but I have to be cautious because claws often pings me. Claws loves a kill, and him staying on mtr was interesting. And he's now finding an excuse to jump on me that you would have not to not read any of my posts to believe. Quick jump on me claws has been bad before. He has me intrigued,

Oh for the record. My read on Claws is that he didn’t do anything majorly sus this game and I didn’t get pinged. So he’s probably scum per Claws law.

That being said he gave me a watermelon so he didn’t kill Val. Could it be a scum fruit vendor? With any other mod I’d say no so. But that’s why I’m not voting him today.
 
I was going to vote Handium. The claim seems reasonable at first glance however. A bunch of stuff feels off about their posts as well. Just the way they are willing to let everyone take the lead. This was where my mind went but eh.

3puppies really only has the fact he spoke about VT first going for him. If scum has any mechanic related to VT then he’s no longer really clear. The introduction of it felt natural. The continued insistence on it is what gives me pause. But I dunno. I also hated his first post. But less hatred overall after a full iso. That made me fall back to he’s VT

I don’t think he was actually scum. Just that it could have happened because she randed the roles to players after their alignments were randed or something.

I doubt it’s the same but I’m saying I could see a scum fruit vendor world in a game. So while you didn’t kill Val I can’t fully clear you

I could be missing the train on 3pups. But I'm going off my theory that this is more passive scum team. And I guess claws was handing out watermelons? Claws is right. I was a town cookie vendor. Voidkitten was scum, so he didn't have to read as much that game. But he was way wrong on Badger.

Not saying the scum couldn't have a vendor, but the probability is down.



There's something to be figured out with 3 people as vanilla. Doesn't sit right. Also, if there's too many things like the kill and the vendor that keep popping up there's possibly some bastardness on a confirmation mechanic.

Here's a fun tip kids. Don't procrastinate writing your performance appraisals until the last minute, and think you're going to find new ways to say that someone gets an ok rating on living the company values.


Particularly when you wouldn't rate the company that high on living the company values. Fuck, I'm tired of staring at this form.
 
I'm all caught up again.

I think Mazer has done a decent job defending himself, so I do not want to vote him today. I'll settle for a sleep vote but I am open to placing my vote on Future in regards to securing a yeet for information.

It is now Day Four. Day Four Deadline Tue 12/17 @7:30pm est. With 7 alive, majority is 4.
 
I don't know how we are expected to solve anything with no write ups, no powers, and nobody else claiming nor contributing anything.

7 players left, so if there are 3 scum, all it takes is for one town to vote incorrectly for scum to pile on and game over.

This makes me believe more that Mazer is probably the best way to go today. If Mazer was town, then scum would have piled on yesterday.

Then again, MTR's claimed hider role doesn't seem to make sense in a game with no writeups, and with nobody (other than Handy's 1x JOAT) claiming to have an investigative role. Timing on MTR's and Claw's votes really makes me sick.

If MTR and Handy are in cahoots, then let me say well-played.
