Pirate is one of the reworked roles. They don't play that game anymore.

They have 3 targets at start of game. Roles...not players. They check people at night. And can kill a target if they find one of the landlubbers. They can kill a NON target if they truly desire potato status.

Assuming it's standard tos Pirate now...
 
well put it this way if ldg flips green i feel a hell of a lot better about have of you if she flips red im gunna have to pay vk to give me some day shots

    • Psycho was in an epic arm wrestling match with his opponent. The rules were you had to win by 2 and these two guys were so evenly matched, they were 100-101 in favor of Psycho. He was intent on winning this and didn’t notice that the sky began to darken around him. Psycho was just about to win the arm wrestling match when a meteor came down from the sky and struck him, just before he would win.. His opponent jumped back and ran away just in case any further meteors were coming, leaving only Psycho’s hand there for all to find.

    The Conjurer has fired a meteor.

    PsychoSoldier, playing as Ansem, the Apocalypse Soul Collector, has been killed and no Last Will was found.

    I know I haven’t been on much, shifts have been weird. With restricted write-ups and trying to guess the make-up of the roles, this isn’t the usual style I’m used to so yeah it is difficult.

    I derped thinking there was a scum mega role-block in play when there wasn’t. Also didn’t act last night. Hands up to not reading everything through but yeah not scum.
     
    Good on Psycho being taken out. I wondered if the Conjurer thought he was red or just wanted to take him out as he’s a strong player.

    Val was kinda on CWE for a bit as well.

    However wouldn’t be surprised if CWE was the coven who took Psycho out early.

    Giving Mazer a chance and this may change, but for now I’m kinda focusing on the House bi-play and feel there’s scum between at least one of them. Future this phase to his credit is trying to figure things out whereas MTR I feel has been more reactive and more lolcatting.


    I’m still not convinced on LDG so sticking my flag on this acronym for now.

    Following the Jim Lay-CWE tequila, I was apparently his top suspect before he killed Psycho townreading me. So then the tequila maybe kicked in more so he offer Psycho.

    I'm willing to overlook Mazer for now since he was the mod for the previous game and I'd like to give him the opportunity to play...but hopefully he'll show up and weigh in.
     
    I’m wondering if there’s a Coven Voodoo Master and Mazer’s been silenced. Flicking through the roles and searching silence and that’s what came up.

    Just working busy today. And I did get a notification about another forum's silliness that I had to see and be sarcastic about.

    Bout to head out to coach. I'll check in tonight or tomorrow morning and give a full read.

    Anyone wanna tldr in the meantime?

    The main headline is scum Psycho being killed by Coven conjurer…possibly CWE.

    There’s 2 House members, unless there is chicanery done by Void, it’s more likely we are both town, that being said. MTR is pretty sus. Although I do believe LDG is being framed, and if Claws is right about this being a solo Coven, LDG wouldn’t take out Psycho despite it being the obvious choice.

    I more meant by type. So I’ll just assume it is entirely possible coven could be 3 killing types.

    Badger's early d1 non FOS style reads make me lean town a bit. He's savvy enough that I wouldn't put the intentional light derp past him, but its not my current vibe.

    Blind Ninja is dead, which looks pretty damn deliberate rather than a coincidence.

    So the way I see it, there's at least two distinct possibilities:

    - LDG gave the go ahead to kill BN as a third party killer, a town aligned vigilante/JOAT or as a member of a scum team.
    - LDG did not kill BN and someone else did, hoping to frame LDG in the process.

    So, seeing these together is interesting. Devil Psych mixes viable observations with his agendas. The first thing is a gentle pull from LDG, now whether that's an attempt at credibility or agenda remains to be seen.

    I would never be so quick to rule out town doing something zany. How many times have we seen someone want to make sure they got their shot off.

    That said, BN isn't exactly a surprising default early scum kill.

    His dropping hints is almost enough to make me go read the roles. But unfortunately.....it is not.

    What a day in the outback.

    We saw the early hunt for the elusive LDG, only to have it fizzle out a little. And we were able to get a little closer to our Psych. And wouldn't you know it? When we were able to examine his pelt, it turned out to be a devil psych. But how can we determine where the rest of these buggers are?

    On Day 1 of the expedition, it was a little triggering that psych jumped on a bit of nonsense logic for LDG. I imagine at least one other person in the safari felt about the same on that as I did. However, that wily critter came back very subtly and sneaky on day 2, throwing off. Really didn't give us much to look at except his thoughts there. Psych knows how absolutely rare a day 1 vote kill is in the wild (you've got a better chance at using your bootstring make a leash for a croc). So we can't get too in our heads on that. Seeing that his first two actions of the day were light clears may be a little hint. We're going to have to watch to say.

    Im kinda curious psycho flipped apoc could lemon also be apoc she apparently did nothing yesterday also psycho popped off the train once it started to build up d1 didnt come back.. and immeadiately went to oh shes being framed start of day why would apoc care if she was framed?

    That is indeed suspicious, I don’t think LDG killed Blind Ninja but you could be right about Psycho hiding a teammate
