Mafia 35 - Another Day, Another Town

Ok jailer we are pocketbuddies right? So what you need to do first is to jail Listo and execture him. Dont listen to what he says hes a manipulation expert.

Then we need to take care of Claws. he has 2 votes. Cant have that with 6 players.

Not Voting: Badger, Claws, Listo95, MTR, Tildey,

It is now Day 4. Day 4 will end at 9:00pm ET on May 12th or when majority is reached. With 6 players alive, majority is 4 votes on a single player. If majority is not reached by the end of the day, there will be no elimination

true but I can't fault his logic and it works for trapper and not sure how he could have figured me out otherwise. I am looking through the role cards.
Like I mentioned. Unless void changed it I don’t think trapper learns about a target being jailed. I could be wrong also but *shrug*

Tildey shared the role card. He learns the role of a non harmful visitor. So if his trap is set on someone that was jailed he would learn that a jailer visited that person. Claws wants to know where his trap is to verify things but his logic is fine.

He can’t place a trap on someone in jail. A trap on claws would’ve been triggered N2 by Val. It takes 2 nights to build a trap.

They couldnt have been visited they wee in jail. They could have been only visited by jailer wiyh powerful attack.

Thats thye missing part I didnt get or missed.

Oh shit. Badger said his action didn't go through N2. So he would have been placing his trap on N3 so yeah you are right he can't place a trap on the person being jailed. the trap would have to already be there for him to learn a jailer visited.

I have a rare break from sorting parcels, been busy at fook this week following the May Day Bank holiday but finally catching up so yeah just been dipping in and out.
For the record I was trying to ensnare our little scum last night but I was told that the action didn’t go through so I must’ve been roleblocked.

If MTR is claiming to be who I think he is claiming to be, then maybe we should vet it out. Though CWE could actually be right with the no TI theory the way this game has panned out.

Admittedly got a bit wound up by BN the first phase and given his flip, I now know why. Somebody’s likely framing me there, possibly Listo.

Right here @GrumpyCat he said his action didn't go through.

I’m good with grumpy or listo. I felt like Listo was trying to gaslight me over this trapper role card and agree that it feels like grumpy is throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks.
That being said - excellent catch by MTR regarding Badger’s N2 block. I knew the trap took a night to build but I had missed the block post.

I would like to hold my vote until @MTR can confirm that he’s got his jail target submitted. He is at the vet with one of our doggos right now so he may not be in a position to check in.

... And not Badger who is proven to be lying?

So re-reading the Trapper role card for the umpteenth time, I do see a possible course of action where Badger could be telling the truth about his role even with his N2 action being blocked. But I’d really like to hear from him rather than me offering it up.

Well then please explain. N1 it is being built. N2 he claimed blocked. N3 he claimed it was triggered by jailor. It physically can't be triggered by a jailor cause it would fail to get placed :D

So much for having Badger offer explanation. if he tried to move the trap on N2 that action could have been the one role blocked. Which doesn’t destroy the trap as far as I can tell, it would just leave it where he built it. And you’re the only one adamant that jailer doesn’t trip the trap as a visit. There is zero indication of that in either the Trapper or Jailor role card or in any of the rules VK posted. The Jailor may decide who to imprison during the day but they still visit the target during the night to hold the chat.

N2 would have been the original placing. N1 is building the trap.

And like I had been saying. I might have been wrong about the trap being triggered by a jailor. -.-

From what I recall in the actual game I've never seen it triggered by one.

That is not how it’s phrased in the current role card. But it doesn’t matter. With the response he gave no reason to trust him either.
It takes one night to create a trap and you may have a total of one trap. While the trap is active, you can use Place Trap to either move the trap location during the night or dismantle the trap and destroy it.
from the card.
