    The group came together quickly and decided to get rid of 3puppies by tossing him out the same window they used with CWE. It was convenient.

    3puppies, playing as the Town Trickster, has been eliminated and a last will was found.

    Last Will:

    I am trickster. N1, placed magic mirror in front of llettuce, absorbed no attack. N2, placed magic mirror in front of Xanjori. Absorbed no attack. D3, I confided my role to MTR and Grumpy. MTR promised to use retributionist role to use dead Caito's cleric power to protect me, and I would use magic mirror to protect MTR. I am pretty sure Tildey is the spy, based on her hint of leaving something at MTR's place. N4 I used magic mirror on MTR, as Future and planned together to elim a cursed soul. I had discussed this with Grumpy as well. Mirror shattered as Future was Pestilence, and he triple stacked on MTR. So N5 I am using self-protect. If I die it was because of a unstoppable attack, and it would have had to be Tildey as a necromancer, since all other roles were known. I hope I don't get cursed soul swapped

    My guy, if you think I’m fake claiming what is the point of even asking me? You have Wonder Woman’s lasso of truth or something?
    Claws is the cursed soul. So that means he’s going to vote me or you to yeet and Listo will join him.

    That’s the only vote where I have even a whisper of a chance of getting to the end of the game with a win. Listo isn’t going to vote himself. Claws is going to vote Listo and end the game as a cursed soul.

    • When the day broke, only one person walked into the main hall. There was one survivor remaining. One person who stood out above them all. This one person was it.

    Tildey, playing as the Retributionist, has been killed.

    • Game Thoughts:

    I actually liked how this game ran. There were some things I did not expect and some of the roles we chose I think I’d have picked different ones (we did not rand the roles this game) after seeing them in action. But it would theoretically work with randomized roles, in the most cases

    1. I did not expect everyone to claim cursed soul because if you ended up swapping with an evil, you basically are outed (50/50 chance or 33% chance if 3 souls). The dice rolls may or may not make it happen
    2. I am curious everyones thoughts on the whisper system. I think it provided a fun element to talk to each other and I want to keep it going forward. However, we intended to make it a rule that no one could role claim in a whisper. We forgot to add it to this game and someone roleclaimed early so we had to let it go. But future iterations of this will not allow role claims to be given in whispers. I’d still like to see what you think on it.
    3. We plan to adjust Cursed Soul to lessen the likelihood of it going directly back to a player who was a Cursed Soul. Mechanics will stay the same, but if the person you select was a cursed soul in the last phase, it will rand automatically instead of checking to see if you can pick your target. It could still hit them, if the rand chooses them. However, this is all moot as ToS2 did an update and changed cursed souls. So you read this for nothing.
    4. Oh random thing because 3puppies postulated it. Magic Mirror stops all attacks except for Unstoppable attacks. Unstoppable attacks are only blocked by roleblocks and Invincible Defense.
    5. Another thing 3puppies discussed. In standard ToS2, any non-town role is considered evil as the base game does not have benign neutrals. In our version, roles that are considered Neutral Benign are not counted as evil. This would include Admirer, Amnesiac, Guardian Angel, and Survivor.
    6. And how Plaguebearer works because I “think” it differs from the actual game which is why Claws called bullshit. The plaguebearer has an increased priority. The person they visit during the night will be infected and anyone that target visits or anyone who visits that target will also be infected. But it does not chain indefinitely. For example: If I infect MTR and Tildey visits MTR, both get infected. But if Future then visits Tildey on the same night, he will not be infected. However if he visited MTR, he would get infected. Plaguebearer has always been the weakest Apoc role (as CWE also said in the thread) so I buffed it for our version.
    So give me your thoughts. This was a really good game to watch and taught me a lot and it seems you guys enjoyed it too even with the complaints about how “hard” it was with roles that swap (except yall discussed who swapped so really it wasn’t even anything :D)
     
    Also, ToS2 did a massive update with adding 5 new roles, some role changes, new modifiers and the like.

    i wasnt a fan of the cursed soul game as much as the others it was an ok idea but realistically i prefer to stick to my role and plot around that it was still fun but i think our other tos games have been better i feel like once some1 got cursed they just lost interest until they swapped off

    so here was my plan basically i yeet you your the threat i become cursed listo rampages then we yeet tildey instead of future lawd knows why he they gibbed future so fast and then i swap to WW and betray every1 at the end of the day i could of just ret your mirror and shot listo but i wanted future to die so bad but i couldnt reduce numbers inorder for my plan to become WW to work

    Sorry for voting you. I did it so you would not get swapped and retributionist could use your charge to kill the werewolf that night. So it is not like you would miss anything.
    But yeah, what can you expect from someone that would rather sleep than yeet a werewolf ;p
     
    I enjoyed and hated this game all at the same time. I would do it again. I will give some detail thoughts on whispers and such later.
     
    Whispers:

    I think there needs to be limits to the number of whispers per day phase. This got used way to much to plot against people and what not. I mean I did my fair share early as well so yeah I think that would be helpful.

    Role claiming in whispers I have mixed feelings about. I don't mind it but I can see that it may be a good idea to not have that.

    I mean it did do the job of making people look sus because people were kind of questioning it but needs tweaks

    Not a fan of it. Goes against general idea of mafia game where everything players say need to be public knowlegde everyone can see. It is kind if like saying - ok MTR house members, you can talk about the game privately.

    It is fine I guess in a situarion where game is balanced in a way that town needs to use that system or otherwise they have no shot of winning.
     
    What if when whispers are enabled, any teams (Coven/Apoc/Wandering Souls/Vampire) are unable to use their scum chat during the day. If they want to whisper, they will need to use the whisper system to talk to one another?

    In most cases there is barely any need for scum to talk during the day anyways.
    And whisper system helps town so why would scum get punished for having whisper system enabled ;>

    I mean, good scum would coordinate their plays during the day sure. But it almost never happens here. Sometimes it happens when scum want to make a final game ending jump on lylo but thats mostly it sadly.

    Definitely a fair take. I think the whisper system has merit but needs tweaks.

    I may bring it back in a future game once we figure out how to make it work.
