I work on the customer service side of retail so definitely see where Listo is coming from. Customers go insaaaaane for turkeys and Christmas trees they try to grab at the last minute! Trying to nitpick (and fake) every fault with the product along with “gesture of good will” e-coupons. “We’ve been shopping with you for years! We might go to Sainsbury’s and Asda!” Me: “Yeah aaaand? He made a comment about the scum action on Void maybe being a silence (which the write up text doesn't really imply that at all) and that Void had been pretty quiet when we were like.... four? Hours into the phase? He later explained this as having that impression because Void is usually here at the start of day.... but I'm not fully sold.

I get why you’re not fully sold. Tbf I said one of two actions and Void was all over activity (as he is in general) and seeing him logged in and not viewing (maybe busy at work browsing) I made a guess.

I wasn’t taking all of that in account. Also in a very different timezone you have to take into account. But you know Mazer in a similar timezone to Void I am guessing started it so thought Void might have been active.

Maybe you're misunderstanding. He's not avoiding a hammer, he's offering to BE the hammer since he can't be killed - so if by chance CWE would kill whoever hammers him - that death wouldn't happen. We have no way of knowing any effect like that is actually a danger, but there is absolutely no reason not to try to avoid it anyway since we can.
